The International Journal of Glaucoma publishes every article in open access so that clinicians, researchers, and patients can read and apply new evidence without subscription barriers. Article Processing Charges (APCs) sustain the editorial, production, and dissemination services that keep the journal rigorous and visible while safeguarding independent editorial decisions.

APCs are only requested after a manuscript is accepted. There are no submission fees, and payment does not influence peer review or editorial outcomes. Our team provides invoices, documentation for funders, and institutional billing support to keep administrative steps straightforward.

What the APC covers

APCs finance the essential work that turns a manuscript into a trusted, citable publication. This includes oversight of peer review, integrity screening, and the production steps that ensure consistency across HTML and PDF versions.
